I’ve worked cross-functionally with teams such as sales, media planning and creative to generate the best solution to solve the clients challenge. I create creative briefs and spearhead brainstorms, while proactively finding new media ideas and newsroom recommendations that are aligned with the client’s goals and target audience. I’ve worked on multiple successful pitches that have ranged from $250K-$2.2M. Additionally, I’ve also had the ability to successfully onboard and mentor new strategists to our growing team and I’ve become an Event Lead for Black@NYT, hosting three events a month.

As a Senior Strategy Account Manager, I worked to create the strategy for brands while also being our internal program manager for five specific accounts. I oversaw all projects by streamlining the creative team's day to day resourcing and workflow, with an eye on operational improvement and productivity increase. Three times a year I worked with Spotify Performance (Free and Premium) to deliver nearly 13,000 assets across 28 languages. I was the primary liaison between our clients and any additional third-party vendors to relay feedback and expectations. Additionally, I created and monitored budget scopes of work and timelines based on client’s budgets and specific launch dates.

As a contract Senior Account Manager, I collaborated with senior management and clients on quarterly planning initiatives, budgeting and team resourcing. I also had the ability to develop and submit pitches to secure a celebrity influencer and other necessary talent for social posts and commercials. Lastly, I oversaw and managed client’s CRM platforms and distribution sites.

As a Global Director on the Travel vertical, I am responsible for conceptualizing, writing and managing integrated proposals to create compelling partnership programs. I’ve worked cross-functionally with teams such as sales, media planning and creative to generate the best solution to solve the clients challenge. I create creative briefs and spearhead brainstorms, while proactively finding new media ideas and newsroom recommendations that are aligned with the client’s goals and target audience. I’ve worked on multiple successful pitches that have ranged from $500K-$5M.

Clients: Hong Kong Tourism, Hilton Worldwide International, Marriott Hotels, Four Seasons, Barbados Tourism, Tourism Australia and more.

As a Marketing Manager, I oversaw marketing strategies for an investment firm serving community banks and financial institutions nationwide. I prepared annual marketing plans for presentation to CEO, outlining organizational budgets and allocation of resources. Additionally, I trained and supervised junior-level staff and oversaw internship program to promote professional development and growth.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Media Communictions and a Master’s of Arts in Business Marketing from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, CA.
